Pax Experience

So, for those who have read my earlier posts then yes, you all know I am an otaku. I love anime and I recently attended to an anime convention (Anime Boston 2014). But this year, I got the chance to actually get one pass to going to Pax East. I never felt so lucky. 3 day passes went out after 5 to 15 minutes and 1 days passes such as Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, they got sold out in 1 hour. At the end, I got 2 Saturday passes (for my older sister and I) and so we went.

I was getting a little anxious when April arrived and when I came home from classes I got a postal mail from Pax and I finally got my badge and man… it looked amazing. So at that point, all i thought about was exploring it and playing games and getting as many free swag as I possibly can.

Then, it was that Saturday morning and I left my house along with other at 8 am and I also woke up earlier to shower, got dressed, make up, and pack a couple of sandwiches (because I heard the lunch there was quite expensive and fatty, but i ended up buying a donut burger anyway). From there, we drove to the Expo Center and parked then got on the bus and got in line to get into the Expo Hall (where all the awesomeness happens). So, I thought the doors opened at 8 but it actually opened at 10 so we waited in line for 2 hours, but it was worth it. There were people who came there a lot earlier, possibly 7. I got there at 830. People were lining up sitting, playing their 3ds, ds, card games, talking, naps, playing on their phones, taking photos until a little bit around 930, people started to pass around beach balls in the air. It was fun, but it wasn’t fun once your head gets knocked out like 3 times. Then the gates opened.

People walked in and i honestly did not know where to start. We started to walk around and got to the riot league of legends booth *that was important, we wanted free skins*… BUT WE HAD TO EITHER DANCED FOR IT OR ANSWER TRIVIAL QUESTIONS.
I decided to dance, so I danced the Ahri dance *run devil run*, EASY PEASY!! ❤ 

So from there my friends and boyfriend got separated to do our own thing for the whole day so I sticked along with my sister and we basically went to every booth, got free swag, bags, tee shirts, pins, and a lot of free codes for other company’s new games and even entered into their raffles. We played at least 7 games that day. It was AMAZING. I never knew how much I loved games until going to pax and actually sitting down and playing their demos. I love trying new things. After that, we met up and went to eat and my sister had to leave and at the end it was just my boyfriend and I.

It was our first time really going to a video gaming convention and it was great and fun and smelll…yy (?). After that I left to go to get more free stuff and walk around then I lined up for the Saturday Night Concerts and it WAS AMAZING!!
First it was the CliffNotes, they were a new band by sisters and their songs were so cute and funny and also clever.
After it was a rapper (pretty famous in the more nerdier side) and he was funny. 
I was waiting for the last one and it was VGO (the Video Game Orchestra). THEY GAVE ME SHIVERS. THEY WERE WICKED AWESOME.
So I basically ended my night there and came home at 1 am or 2 am in the morning. I had a blast and i’ll try to definitely go next year for all 3 days and maybe I’ll also cosplay as someone from league of legends ans compete in the cosplay shows there too.

Hi there!

I apologize for not posting anything up for a long time.
I’ve might a lot of people who were interested in my blog, but i was just so busy with my family leaving the country.
They’re leaving tomorrow morning and it’ll be just me and my older sister at home. 
From here, we have to work and help with my parents’ business while they’re gone for a month.
I wish I could have a topic to talk about but i think I rather update you guys about what’s going on.

So I’ve been occupying myself with constant online games at night till over midnight and as well as baby sitting in the morning and in my early mornings at 4 am, i would work with my father.

Anywho, I have been quite busy with all of that.
But I have also encountered with a lot of “stupid people” lately.

It might be unreasonable for me to say that people are stupid but everyone has their own definition of their own “stupid people”.

For me, it’s:
People who think everyone is just like them, and this bring them to constant anger just because they “figured out” everyone is actually different.
People who request extra care and help when they can definitely do it themselves like walking to a destination that is only a few blocks away. (And yes, they’re in good shape and have nothing better to do)
People who say things they’re not suppose to and feel like they shouldn’t but decided to experiment on the reaction they get.
People who forget on what their purpose to doing things or getting something and do the exact opposite and from that it leads to problems.  

And etc.

DMS

To me DMS [datemyschool] is almost like a dating site. Sure you can definitly say you’re looking for a friends and you put in attractive photos of yourself on there.
Yeah… well…. no one really thinks you’re looking for “just a friend”.

I went on here because it was posted all over my school and as i thought, it was just me and no one else from my school…. and it just shows how sad and desperate i was to talk to other people. 

But honestly, i feel like i can find the best people to talk to there because one, they’re probably open minded enough to join to look for friends [like sad me], and two they know they’re pretty awesome but are too shy to show it, and three, probably some web savvy or gamer who i would love to be friends with and play games along with.

I like getting messages and questions asked because I love to talk and meet new people. Not necessarily like a boyfriend or what not.

But i can tell, i have met so many people on here and my 3 points really never disappoints me. 

I was right all along.

They are pretty awesome. 

What Summer really means to me.

Most people would go to beaches, trips, and have fun and go party and drink. For me, it’s like a place for peace and to catch up on what I didn’t get a chance to catch up on like…..

Games {League of Legends} I’ll probably go back eventually. Didn’t touch that for 2 months.
Animes {I recently finished 4 to 5 animes in a month}
Movie Series {Walking Dead, Big Bang Theory, How I met your Mother, etc}

I’m those kinds of girls that don’t have a life. As well as bad grammar. But nobody is really reading, so this is me not giving a poop.

But this summer is a little different. So far, I’ve been working out, trying to keep a routine. I have plans put out like beaches, parties, camping, and many others.
As well as school plans, and having a new guy in my life.

Overall, the outlook of my life right now, is pretty sweet and nice. I can’t complain. If anyone really listened about my life, they would be envious.
The only thing that stresses me and my current growing relationship and as well as work. Work to me, is stupid. But that’s for another day to talk about.

Well… hopefully I get better from being ill in bed so I can go out more.
